My Process

 

1. SCHEDULE A CALL OR MEETUP

 

Arrange a time for a quick call, typically Google Meet or FaceTime to serve as a formal meet & greet and to go over how exactly you want your wedding documented. If you are local to Colorado we can meet face to face if you'd like.

 

 

2. contract & invoice

 

Once we have agreed on pricing and the legal stuff I will send over a contract to review. I typically require 50% down at contract signing and the remaining %50 due on or before the wedding day. I understand that weddings can get quite expensive so I do offer payment plans from 3 to 5 payments to help you budget properly.

 

 

3.Picture time

 

Time to document your day!!! I usually reach out a few times before the wedding day to make sure the plans haven't changed as they often  do from the initial search and book phase to the actual day.  If you have a wedding planner feel free to give them my contact information as by this point you will have all of that.

 

 

4.Delivering photos/VIDEO

 

Once your wedding is documented, I will send about 12-17 sneak peek photos within the first 7-10 days. The remaining photos will be delivered digitally within 30 days with a link that you can share among your family and friends. You can also customize the link yourself if you don't want to share all of your photos with everyone. Video is sent within 60 days of the wedding day.
